Project Manager and Lead Consultant with responsibility for the project management, core system design, build and subsequent rollout to 16 countries in Europe and Asia. The project was undertaken in accordance with the PQIS methodology for a new division of Sterling, which had recently acquired the software division of Texas Instruments. This assignment includes considerable man-days for the project management across Europe and controlling other consultants across Europe and Asia. The main emphasis was on group accounting needs, but also needed to consider the legal constraints in each country, particularly France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal and Italy. The company is now owned by Computer Associates.
