As principal consultant completed strategic review, analysis of requirements (statement of user requirements), supplier selection, contract negotiations, project management, user acceptance testing and ongoing advice and support. This culminated in a five-year + programme, including the installation of new word processing, accounting and bespoke registry system and other business applications on Novell LANs in three locations. During a six-month period also acted as an interim IT Manager, which included assisting with reports and providing user support and training - including designing and providing end user training sessions.
