![]() Local Government Ombudsman As principal consultant completed strategic review, analysis of requirements (statement of user requirements), supplier selection, contract negotiations, project management, user acceptance testing and ongoing advice and support. This culminated in a five-year + programme, including the installation of new word processing, accounting and bespoke registry system and other business applications on Novell LANs in three locations. During a six-month period also acted as an interim IT Manager, which included assisting with reports and providing user support and training - including designing and providing end user training sessions.
